Diletta Frescobaldi

Diletta Frescobaldi is a lecturer in Marketing for the undergraduate programme with
the first-year in Italian. Frescobaldi received her Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Florence in 1997, after completing studies abroad in business, marketing and languages with Erasmus in Germany and France. She has specialised knowledge and experience in international marketing within the wine industry. Frescobaldi also has vast experience as a business and marketing consultant, working from 1999 to 2000 as a marketing consultant with Amleto.com, an e-commerce consulting company; from 2000 to 2001 as a Strategy Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Milan for projects related to the definition of the marketing strategy, marketing plan and brand positioning strategy; and from 2002 to 2003 as a Strategic Consultant for a Market Repositioning Project inside The Grand Hotel and Westin Excelsior. Frescobaldi is an instructor for the Wine Expertise Programme, Study Abroad Programme in Florence, collaborates in the PR, marketing and strategic planning for the board of the Marchesi dé Frescobaldi in Florence, is an adjunct professor for the University of Alaska and Indiana State University, and has lectured with various institutions and study abroad programmes in Florence such as the Fairfield University, Palazzo Rucellai Institute, and James Madison University.
