Marco Guidi

Marco Guidi is a professor of economics, history and politics, possessing over ten years of lecturing experience. Guidi received his Master Degree in Letters and Philosophy from the University of Pisa in 1982, and conducted his Ph.D. studies in the History of Political Thought at the University of Turin, conferred in 1987. He has been a visiting scholar at the Yokohama National University, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Centre Alexandre Vandermonde pour l’histoire de la pensée économique, and the University College of London. Guidi is a full professor of the History of Economic Thought at the University of Pisa and Associate Professor of the History of Economic Thought at the University of Brescia. He has also acted as a member of the jury for Ph.D. theses at the European University Institute in Fiesole, Université d'Amiens, Université de Paris-I-Panthéon-Sorbonne, and the University of Florence, and as a visiting professor at the Université de Lille and Université Lumière. Guidi has authored and edited numerous research texts and articles in the history of economics and economic theory.
