Pompeo Della Posta

Pompeo Della Posta is a lecturer of Economics in both the undergraduate programme conducted in English as well as the first-year in Italian programme. In 1986 he received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Siena in Economics and Banking, followed by a Master in Economics from the University of Warwick (UK) in 1988, and a Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute in Florence in 1997. Della Posta, as an Associate Professor of Economics with the University of Pisa, has over a decade of teaching experience in Economics, having lectured with various institutions in Economics, such as the American College in London, California State University Florence Programme, Johns Hopkins University Bologna Centre, Delhi School of Economics, the Naval Academy in Livorno, and the Overseas Studies Program of Stanford University, Florence. He has published numerous articles in both English and Italian in economic journals, as well as authoring and co-authoring several texts in economics and the global economy.
