Nicole’s retail career began with a degree in clothing and management at Manchester University where she was sponsored by Marks and Spencer, this also included a short spell in Paris at the Sorbonne. Having done consultancy projects with various retailers throughout Europe (including Harrods, Wrangler, Etam, Matalan, La Rinascente and Karstadt) she ultimately then became Head of Marketing for the Hunter family of brands (best known for their iconic green welly).
