Carlos is the head of Value Creation, a company that sets up innovative projects in HR and Organisation. He is also Manager of the Madrid Office of Fundación CIREM, a non profit research institute specialised in training and employment. He was formerly responsible for corporate development and organisation development at DaimlerChrysler in Spain.
