Anne Caspari

Ing. Anne Caspari holds an MSc in nature conservation and environmental planning from Hannover University, Germany. She has since worked in the field of biodiversity, landscape ecology, strategic planning and sustainability in many national and EU projects, living in Germany, London, Rome and Brussels.

In 2000 she moved to Rome, Italy, where she started working also on personal development, self leadership and consciousness training . Since then she has been delivering courses in Germany, Italy and Holland and the UK. For five years she taught Landscape Ecology and Environmental Planning at Rome University “La Sapienza” as a private lecturer, before she started teaching in 2007 topics such as Sustainability, Business Ethics, and Leadership at the European School of Economics in both Rome and London.

In 2004 her work in personal development led her to Wilber's integral framework. This finally and satisfactorily combined her work on exterior environment and the much needed interior work on belief management and
collective value systems, especially when dealing with cross cultural multi stakeholder projects, and led to the foundation of MindShift - Integral Planning. She is member of the State of the World Forum in the global 2020
climate leadership campaign. She currently operates from Basel, Switzerland on corporate sustainability and value driven business meshworks.
