Carolina Eugenia Cappabianca

Bachelor in Business Administration at 21, major in Marketing and Finance, followed by five years in the Marketing dpts of Marketing in Johnson&Johnson and Unilever. In 1993 she moine the Multinational Advertising Agency DMB&B, where she remained for 8 years, followiiong in particolar the P&G and TWA accounts. During this time, she becomes European Group Account director, managing the P&G Oral care business for the Agency, and then, in 1997, she moves to the US, to Account Director for the US business on P&G Charmin and Regional Account Director on Pampers (P&G), managing the business in 8 Latin American countries. Returnes in Italy as Business Unit Director in Young & Rubicam Roma, on Ford, Tourtel, Kronenbourg, Clogate Palmolive, Diners and Lloyd Adriatico. In 2001 founds Market Energy, consultino firm in Marketing and Advertising, with a particolar focus on DM and Relationship Marketing, on- e off-line. During the activity of the Agency, she acquires roles in outsourcing for the Market Energy clients, such as Client Communication Director for SKY, and Managing Director of Saatchi&Saatchi Digital Division, Vision. Among Market Energy Clients: ACI, BHBL, Campus Bio-Medico, Fincantieri, Gruppo l’Espresso, Megabeam, Poligrafico dello Stato, Procter & Gamble, Roma c’è, RCS, SKY, Tecnica-Nordica-Dolomite, TNT, Wind.
Since 2003 she is professor at LUMSA for Advertising Theory and Techniques. Since 2003, she is a regular professor for the post-graduate Talent Academy, run by ELIS, in Rome, for the Marketing and CRM modules, commissioned by PosteItaliane, Vodafone, Simens and RAI.
Since 2008, she collaborates also as a professor at the European School of Economics, for graduate and undergruadete corse, as International Business, Pricing e Entrepreneurial Psychology. Married to a US musician, she has two young sons, ans dedicates off-work time to her interests: studying and playing the violin, horseback riding, Ethology, singing in a Gospel choir, gardening and sculpting with clay.
