Personal Shopper

Although shopping is a leisure activity, in our busy society an increasing number of people need to hire professionals to assist them in their shopping. As a result, personal shoppers are more in demand than ever before. A personal shopper may work for individual clients purchasing clothing, food, furniture, jewellery, or gifts, or they may be employed for an organisations, such as a boutique, department store, or shopping centre.

The Personal Shopper Certificate covers topics of vital importance to anyone who wants to enter into a career as a personal shopper, including the skills employers and clients are looking for in a personal shopper, how to get insider knowledge of products and trends, and identifying a client's needs and finding the appropriate products.
