ESE Short Courses
The ESE Professional Programme on Arts and Culture Management at the European School of Economics in Florence is designed to create innovative leaders within the visual arts and culture field. Upon the completion of the course, students will have the opportunity to enter the pathway of the international art world within, for example, the museum environment and the art market. The programme combines rigorous coursework taught by professional docents and valuable on-site learning opportunities, in order to distinguish students within the public, private and nonprofit arts environment.

Maximum Number of Attendees: 30 (In order to provide a unique learning experience with a ratio between Professor to students, no more than 30 students will be admitted into this programme)
Internship (optional): Upon successful completion of the programme participants may opt to take a 3-month internship fitted to their profile and career objectives. An assessment with the ESE Placement Officer will determine their eligibility for a placement.
Professional Opportunities: The ESE Professional Programme in Arts and Cultural Management has been designed to prepare innovative leaders in the sector of Art and Culture. Upon conclusion of the course participants will be prepared for positions in Art Galleries and Auction Houses, as well as Communication and Marketing Consultants in the art sector like Art Funding Managers, Art Editor and Art Administrator for example.
Credits & Recognition: Upon completion of the programme, participants will be awarded an ESE Certification of successful completion of the programme.
