Hospitality Management Short Course Certificate

The ESE Short Course in Hospitality Management provides the knowledge and tools in business and management as applied to this industry with particular emphasis on managerial and entrepreneurial activities in organisations such as hotels, restaurants, tour operations, events and conferences - all prime growth areas.

Through this innovative programme students will explore the impact of tourism and hospitality activities in a range of international contexts. You can visit the Foundation’s own Relais & Chateaux property at www.bottaccio.it

The programme comprises a minimum of 4 modules. Each module entails one 3 hours session per week over 12 weeks. Total classroom time of 36 hours per module.

Internship (Optional): 3-month placement upon completion.

The ESE Short Course in Hospitality Management is delivered through a series of tutorials and seminars including case studies. Assessment is usually through a group project and presentation. Upon successful completion of the course, students are awarded an ESE Cerificate of Attendance and Transcripts. Modules may also be taken independently.
