One of the cornerstones of an ESE education is the Internship Programme, which is one of the most extensive and comprehensive schemes available today, bridging the gap between Academia and the practical business world.
Students are given the unique opportunity to complete an internship within the their field of interest to test individual career plans and guide them to the discovery and the realization of their professional dreams from the entry level and development to advancement and goal realization.
ESE has built solid relationships with more than 1500 international companies to ensure their students have the widest possible access to pro-actively move towards fulfilling their professional dream and giving them the education and training that will amount to a bona-fide mini career at the end of their studies.
The completeness of this preparation - a mix of academic excellence, professional and global experience - allows ESE students to begin their careers seamlessly upon graduation, often in the same companies that hosted them for their internships.
In particular, ESE Madrid, during this, their inaugural year have developed new vital alliances with companies in Spain that include, Nivea, Noesis, Ediciones Condé Nast, U1st Sports, Mango, Carolina Herrera, Agatha Ruiz De La Prada, AON, Eclareon, Inforpress Grupo, Amadeus España, Deutsche Bank España, BMW, Bodaclick and Fujitsu.
Many students studying at the centre for an undergraduate or postgraduate degree with specialisations in marketing, business and finance have already benefitted from the collaboration with these multinational companies.
The dynamics of undertaking an internship in Spain require non-native speakers to participate in Spanish lessons to increase their knowledge of the language to an acceptable level that will enable them to work in a highly professional environment. Considering that Spanish is the second most natively spoken language worldwide and is highly regarded in the British Commonwealth due to the immense geographic extent in Latin America and Europe, learning the language will certainly give students a sustainable competitive advantage within the global business market.
