Postgraduate Certificate in Fashion Management

The fashion industry is a complex, growing and strongly competitive business sector. Becoming a leader in this fast evolving trade requires individuals to possess an extensive array of managerial skills, a high degree of strategic planning capabilities, assertive interpersonal communications abilities and a creative approach to problem solving.

In an increasingly competitive environment, where new business practices are regularly introduced, organisations have to be innovative to survive. Such innovation is dependent upon companies developing effective knowledge management internally as well as through external interaction.

It provides an opportunity for advanced level study within the named discipline which extends students’ existing knowledge, skills and professional abilities to postgraduate level. It also aims to develop students’ intellectual, analytical and problem solving skills to an advanced level through a synthesis of theoretical and practical approaches to learning.
