Postgraduate Certificate in Management

An enterprise is only as strong as its weakest link. The capacity of a manager lies in knowing not only one’s strengths and how to maximise them, but also weaknesses, and how to protect oneself from their manifestation.

The Postgraduate Certificate in Management aims to hone the skills of perception needed for insightful business planning. The course modules will walk participants through the various phases of structuring and implementation necessary to render an organisation productive on every level and in every phase of operation.
