Real Estate Management

Everyone is a spectator of breathtaking landscapes and architectural wonders. It is time to welcome the exciting prospect of combining work and hobby. Urban or rural, upscale apartments or office towers, designer golf courses or theme parks. Endless variety is the job description itself and intense competition between high-flyers the norm. Study for the Certificate in Real Estate Management and make things happen.

Real Estate Management sets opulent benchmarks in the form of Dubai's Burj Khalifa, the London Docklands, or Songdo IBD. Ignoring the publicity, Real Estate covers all the places to eat, live, play, and work. This discharges a significant amount of responsibility and calls for particular competencies. This programme will develop such skills as property evaluation, portfolio management, urban planning, contractual negotiation, and facilities maintenance. Emphasis is on
holistic understanding and a balanced curriculum that allows students to appreciate environmental reservations and legal implications.

The programme comprises 5 modules. Each module entails one 3-hour session(day or evening) a week for 12 weeks. 3 months(or 36 hours in attendance) marking the completion of each module.

After finishing the 5 modules, students can opt to take part in a 3-month internship to boost confidence and increase familiarity with working situations.

Teaching is done by lively seminars and focused tutorials. Students use textbooks, articles, and case studies simulating real-life decision making. Regular independent study of an appropriate duration is recommended to reinforce classroom learning.

Assessment will involve group work, presentations, essays, and a final exam. Upon completion, students will be awarded an ESE Certificate in Real Estate Management. Modules may be studied in isolation.
