Sales Management

Sales operations dictate a company's fortunes. Staple ingredients like innovative design and fine craftsmanship may be important. They make the headlines and attract shiny accolades. However, they do not acquire new customers or drive profits on their own. Enter the sturdy sales force dedicated to first-class customer service, fine-tuning of stock levels, and implementing strategic objectives. With the Certificate in Sales Management under your belt, you will be poised to take
over this functional arm of any organisation and produce results worth the fireworks.

Sales Management is the final leg of the journey from the warehouse to the storefront. It's different due to its ongoing nature and personal proximity. Performing statistical analyses, motivating and training personnel, engaging customers of all inclinations, and taking care of after-service are all time-pressured and high maintenance exercises. The Sales Management programme seeks to teach the vital skills of information management, inspire leadership, and foster sociability in its students.

The programme comprises 5 modules. Each module entails one 3-hour session(day or evening) a week for 12 weeks. 3 months(or 36 hours in attendance) marking the completion of each module.

After finishing the 4 modules, students can opt to take part in a 3-month internship to boost confidence and increase familiarity with working situations.

Teaching is done by lively seminars and focused tutorials. Students use textbooks, articles, and case studies simulating real-life decision making. Regular independent study of an appropriate duration is recommended to reinforce classroom learning.

Assessment will involve group work, presentations, essays, and a final exam. Upon completion, students will be awarded an ESE Certificate in Sales Management. Modules may be studied in isolation.
