Career Opportunities

In today’s competitive job market, young professionals require, more than ever, assistance in the identification of their life goals, and their unique personal and professional dream. ESE students have the opportunity to shape their own destinies through our unique internship placement programme, highly tailored and entirely individualised for each student. ESE internship placements may take place within a variety of business settings, ranging from a flourishing SME to a multinational organisation.

Each ESE centre has an Internship Coordinator responsible for collaborating with ESE students and organisations to find suitable placements. In addition, each student is assigned both a company and ESE tutor to ensure a successful Internship. At the end of their experience in the business world students submit an Internship Portfolio as their assessment component, which connects their formal learning to their three-month internship placement.

While developing a range of marketable skills and competencies students:

• bridge the gap between study and work

• test individual career plans

• develop a sense self and of individual responsibility

• assess internship providers for future employment opportunities.

How long after the completion of their studies are graduates placed into the business world?
